1.- All the information supplied by our customers is confidential

2.- You will get an email as soon as your reservation is confirmed. This email will not take more 24 hours (working days)

3.- Hotel Rates are in US dollars and do not include tax, but non resident tourists do not have to pay taxes if paid in US dollars (only for hotels, does not apply to car rentals and others services)

4.- Deposits: We require a guarantee payment of 20% of the total value of your stay when the reservation is confirmed. The balance should be paid 30 days before the date of arrival

5.- Cancellations: If the reservation is canceled before 45 days prior to the reserved date of arrival the guarantee will be returned in full less a service charge equivalent to US$ 65 per person. If the reservation is canceled between 44 and 30 days there will a charge of 20% of the reservation total price. If the reservation is canceled less than 29 days prior to the reserved date of arrival, there will not be any refund at all.
