RESERVATIONS: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and guarantee a reservation. Final payment must be received 30 days prior to the trip.
MODIFICATIONS: Passengers can change date of trip, only once and depending on availability, 15 days prior to the trip to San Rafael Lake and 7 days prior to the trip to Chaitén Route. Past this time limit, no changes will be accepted.
ENDORSMENTS: Passengers are permitted to endorse their tickets. However, in order to validate this, they must give the Company written notice, at least 7 days prior to departure date, stating the name of the person who the ticket is endorsed to.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be notified in writting and passengers will assume the corresponding charges for doing so. Refunds for cancellations will apply as follows:
• More than 30 days prior to departure date 100%.
• 30 to 20 days prior to departure date 60%
• 19 to 8 days prior to departure date 30% of value
• 7 or less days prior to departure date No refund
NO SHOW: Passengers who do not arrive at the place or time specified on their ticket will not be liable for refund.
INSURANCE: Ticket rates include individual accident insurance of upto UF 500 max., per pax and medical expenses up to UF 50, for events that occur on board the catamarans. Passengers are free to take additional insurance should they so wish to.
IITINERARIES: The Company reserves the right to modify routes, stops, scheduled times without prior notice. Departure times must be reconfirmed by passengers 24 hours in advance.
